The rest of the folders in the content directory I left be. I removed the loquendo voice files in the voice folder and replaced all them with the ones from this download. I replaced all the files from that download. If it's only English that you're looking for, I've also made a post in that thread. YT's Primo 2.4 post has different language TTS. I am using IGO primo 2.0 and 2.4.
